Virginia L. “Momma Lou” Mills, 83, died Thursday, June 23, 2016, at Danville Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Woolwine on March 21, 1933, and was a daughter of the late William Jefferson Clark and the late Lottie Mildred Howell Clark. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Allen Mills; a brother, Lois Clark; and a sister, Francine Dillon.
Surviving are her daughter, Debi Mills Clingenpeel; one son, Jeffrey Mills; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Glen Clark; one sister, Hazel Harris, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Monday at Day Star Ministries with Pastor Sammy Caldwell officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Burial Park.
