Volleyball teams take losses in Floyd

The PCHS Lady Cougar Volleyball Team travelled to Floyd on August 24, losing in three straight sets, 15-25, 11-25, and 16-25.

Lainie Hopkins led the Cougars with 10 assists, 10 digs, and 2 kills.  Suzanne Gonzalez had 5 kills and 8 digs.  Kaylee Towler added 5 kills.

The JV Lady Cougars lost in two sets to the Lady Buffaloes, 17-25 and 23-25.

Madi Heath lead the team offense with 5 kills and received 10 points for the match. Journey Moore led the Cougar defense with 7 digs, 4 aces, and received 19 points. Both Camille Gonzalez and Eliza Clifton contributed assists for the match.
