WES announces Warrior Readers

Maelynn Jones, Kindergarten–32 books
Moncerat Ortega, First Grade- 15 book s
Wyatt Rogers, Second Grade–30 books
Lacie Bullins, Third Grade–2,536 pages
Ainsley Lawson, Fourth Grade–2,935 pages
Martina Hubbard, Fifth Grade– 5,536 pages
Gracie Marshall, Seventh Grade–1,278 pages

Woolwine Elementary School announced the names of students who participated in the Warrior Reading program during the second quarter.

Each student who reached their grade level goal received a free snack from the cafeteria, a bookmark, and a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut.

In addition, students who read the most books in each grade level also received a free book.

The top readers are as follows: Pre-Kindergarten–Callie Tejeda, Kindergarten–Maelynn Jones, First Grade–Moncerat Ortega, Second Grade–Wyatt Rogers, Third Grade–Lacie Bullins, Fourth Grade–Ainsley Lawson, Fifth Grade–Martina Hubbard, Seventh Grade–Gracie Marshall. Congratulations everyone and continue to read those books!
