Willie was of the Baptist faith.  He enjoyed talking to people, four wheeling, watching NASCAR races, being a Dale Earnhardt fan, gardening, and watching his Tarheels.  Anyone who knew Willie knew he loved his homeplace, The Holt Farm and all their family cookouts.

Mr. Holt is survived by his wife of 32 years, Rhonda Payne Holt of the home; two sisters, Patsy Baliles (Benny) of Stuart, Linda Fain (Randall) of Ararat; four brothers, Paul Holt (Janet), Jimmy Holt (Nancy), James Holt, Walter Holt all of Stuart; and nieces and nephews, Mike, Lisa, Scott, Samantha, Jamie, Ashley, Chris, Matthew, Benjie, and Laura Ann.

Funeral Services for Mr. Holt will be held Monday, January 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Pastor Tommy Nichols officiating. Burial will follow in the Aarons Corner Church Cemetery.
