The 19th annual Xperience Youth Rally will be held in the Patrick County High School auditorium on Saturday March 21 at 6 p.m. This event offers the chance to introduce students to the Word of God and help them connect with like-minded youth. The rally also serves the purpose of inspiring youth to go forth and be a light in an increasingly dark world.
Through the years the Xperience Youth Rally has appealed to students and young adults alike by offering engaging teaching from the Bible. This year’s speaker is Evangelist Brandon Gillis, a prolific speaker that has preached all over the U.S.A. The PCHS Praise & Worship Team will be our musical guests along with local Christian band Face 2 Face.
A lot has changed in Christian youth events over the years. With social media, a global pandemic and the rise in simulcast technology, the need to rally and gather together to send Jesus loving teens into the world is more urgent than ever before.
The Xperience Youth Rally is a “jumpstater” event to boost the regular teaching that is done in local churches all throughout the year. We help teens and young adults understand the Gospel, own their own faith and know how to share it with others. The top priority is to invite them into a relationship with God and teach them truth in a world that offers a million different versions of it.
The stronger these young Christians are, thanks to their youth pastors and rallies like these, the greater the impact they can have on their communities as well. We’re not saying that Christian youth events are the only ingredient, but they are part of a larger plan of training up young people.
All in all, Christian youth events still offer transformative, faith-bolstering experiences to teenagers. Plus, they ultimately support all the hard work you do every week to help them grow in their faith! We hope you’ll join us at the Xperience Youth Rally this year and experience what God is doing through this impactful event.
