Wesley Roberson tied for a medal in a district golf match at Olde Mill Golf Club September 13. The Patrick County Varsity Golf Team placed 3rd with a score of 324. Halifax won the match with a score of 310, with Magna Vista coming in a close 2nd with a 311. Roberson shot a 73, followed by Jalen Hagwood who shot a 78. Chance Corns shot an 84, and Kylee Joyce and Lauren Worley tied with a score of 89. “Wesley played a solid round of golf today,” said Coach Philip Steagall.
