The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*Darryle Theodore Hand, 48, of Martinsville, was charged Sept. 16 with one count each assault and batter, robbery, and assault. Deputy J.S. Kendrick was the arresting officer.
*Rebecca Diane Phillips, 42, of Martinsville, was charged Sept. 18 with warrant of extradition. Deputy C.A. Strother was the arresting officer.
*Benjamin William Plaster, 40, of Fieldale, was charged Sept. 19 with one count each monument: intentional damage and grandy larceny steal. Deputy M.R. Hodges was the arresting officer.
*James Daniel Biggs, 32, of Patrick County Jail, was charged Sept. 19 with probation violation. Deputy L. White was the arresting officer.
*Adam Lee Daniels, 39, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 20 with probation violation. Deputy A. Kinney was the arresting officer.
