The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
*David Clyde Fain, 52, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 24 with assault. Sgt. C.L. Elgin was the arresting officer.
*Billy Joe Plaster, 46, of Fieldale, was charged Oct. 24 with two counts of probation violation. Senior Deputy A. Kinney made the arrest for Henry County.
*Kevin Ray Whitt, 52, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 25 with probation violation. Deputy S. Horn was the arresting officer.
*Samantha Nicole Craddock, 33, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 26 with fail to comply with terms of bond. Sgt. J.G. Pickerel was the arresting officer.
