The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
Steven Casey Bowman, 31, of Stuart, was charged Sept. 25 with two counts of strangling another causing wounding or injury. Investigator Tennille Jessup made the arrest.
Joshua Collin Russell, 36, of Roanoke, was charged Sept. 26 with driving a motor vehicle-license revoked/suspended, 3+ offense. Deputy Winfred Hill made the arrest.
Roger Villarreal,69, of Patrick Springs, was charged Sept. 6 with one count each of sexual battery and solicitation of child pornography. Investigator Tennille Jessup made the arrest.
