Stuart Farmers Market: tool sharpening $2 per knife and $3 per tool, Fridays 8 a.m. to noon. Fall produce available.

Dobyns Community Spaghetti Supper: 4 to 7 p.m. at 1195 Rye Cove Creek Road, Stuart. The menu includes garlic bread, salad, drinks, and desserts. Vegetarian options are available. $8 per adult, $3.50 for children under 12.

American Red Cross Blood Drive: will be held at Rotary Field October 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Spirithaven Farm will provide meals for blood doors. The Red Cross suggests donors drink a lot of water and get a good night’s sleep before donating.

PHCC-OSHA 10 Training: a 10-hour program targeted to entry level workers and covers general industry safety and health hazards.
