Dance classes offered at The Pilot Center in February

Surry Community College has line dancing classes starting soon for adults at The Pilot Center, 612 East Main Street, Pilot Mountain, N.C.
Line dance classes will be held each Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. starting February 4 and running through February 25. Learn the latest line dances in this four-week session: Wobble, Cupid Shuffle, Biker’s Shuffle, Copperhead Road, All About that Bass, and more with instructor Pat Adkins. Pre-registration and pre-payment of $35 are required.
Line Dance for Seniors will be held every Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. starting February 4 and running through February 25. Low impact line dancing is great for the body, mind, and spirit. It can lower blood pressure, increase mobility and balance control, help you lose weight, and help prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
This class is specially designed for students ages 55 and older. Come join the fun and reap the rewards. The instructor is Pat Adkins. Pre-registration and pre-payment of $25 are required.
