Cereal bars, cereal with toast, Pop-Tarts, assorted fruit juices and a choice of milk are offered daily.
LUNCH: Monday: hamburger on bun or pork barbecue on bun, lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, French fries, pears; Tuesday: oven fried chicken with roll or Italian pasta bake with roll, sweet potato casserole, salad, strawberries; Wednesday: roast turkey with gravy and roll or Salisbury steak and roll, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, Easter dessert (manager’s choice); Thursday: corn dog, sweet potato fries, green peas, applesauce; Friday: Spring break (March 25-April 1).
WOW butter sandwiches (with or without jelly), toasted cheese sandwiches, chef’s salads, tossed salads and a choice of milk are offered daily. Whole grain bread is served.
