Kent Leroy Corns, 62, of Patrick Springs, died on Monday, November 21, 2016, at his home.
He was born in Patrick County and was a son of the late Bessie Compton Corns and Alec Randolph Corns. Surviving are his wife, Terrie Corns of the home; one daughter, Angela Kirk of Stuart; three sons, Kevin Corns and wife Michelle of Stuart, Chris Miller and wife Deanna of Critz, and Robbie Miller and wife Leann of Patrick Springs; three sisters; Louise Welch of Pine Hall, N.C., Linda Corns of Lawsonville, N.C., and Loretta Sheppard of Stuart; and one brother, Larry Corns of Stuart; six grandchildren; Hayley and Paige Corns, Miranda and Trenton Miller, Landon and Eli Miller.
The funeral was held Friday at Norris Funeral Services in Stuart with Pastor Ed Hartman officiating. Burial was in Corns family cemetery.
