The Patrick County High School Lady Cougar junior varsity softball team lost its last regular-season game to Magna Vista last Monday night, 16-15.
Samantha Helms took the loss on the mound, striking out one Lady Warrior batter.
“It was a tough fight against Magna Vista,” said Coach Brittany Stovall. “The players all hit very well offensively,” she added.
