Lady Cougar tennis team falls in opening round of tournament

The Patrick County High School Lady Cougar tennis team traveled to Hunting Hills last Monday to compete in the team Conference 32 Tournament against Abingdon.
The Cougars played well with two doubles matches ending in tie-breakers, but the Cougars were defeated 0-5.
The Lady Cougars’ first seed singles and first seed doubles traveled to Hunting Hills Thursday to play the conference doubles tournament against Hidden Valley and the singles event against Christiansburg. The Cougars were defeated 0-1 and 0-1.
