obit Graham, MargaretMargaret Oleen Graham, age 90, of Patrick Springs, died Sunday, July 17, 2016, at the Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in Stuart.
She was born in Swain County, N.C., on April 8, 1926, and was a daughter of the late Fred and Alice Cochran Burnette. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Imogene Freeman, and a brother, Roger Burnette.
She had worked for Martin Processing, and was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Surviving are her husband of 73 years, James Clifton Graham of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Garvin Hubbard of Patrick Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Lona Graham of Stuart; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Drema and Dennie Joyce, Lavina and Bruce Corns, Shanan and Barry Turner, Jeff and Michelle Graham, Bradley and Mary Ann Graham; Tammy and Mark Gammons; Susan and Duane Reynolds, Donna and Nigel Buist; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Maxine Gee of Martinsville; two brothers, Earl Burnette of Spanishburg, W.Va., and Gary Burnette of Critz; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday, July 20) at noon at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor David Boarman and Elder Melvin McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in the Adams Cemetery.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
