A Twilight Memorial Day Service will be held beginning at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, May 30 at Patrick Memorial Gardens.
The service is sponsored by American Legion Post #105 and the Patrick County Veterans Memorial Honor Guard.
The groups will be honoring deceased and living veterans with luminaries that will be placed along the driveway. You may purchase a luminary for a special veteran at a cost of $10 for each veteran.
Please indicate if the veteran is living or deceased, and send money and information to Gary Griffith, P.O. Box 77, Woolwine, Va. 24185.
For additional information, call Clyde Thomas at 276-930-2117 or Gary Griffith at 276-930-2708, or any veterans’ organization member
Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the service honoring our veterans..
