Mildred Ann Gilley, age 72, of Meadows of Dan, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Pioneer Community Hospital in Stuart.
She was born in Patrick County on February 5, 1944 and was a daughter of the late Willis Andrew and Lillian Gilley. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Lee Troy Gilley.
Surviving are four sisters, Lucille Sowers of Bassett, Clovis Martin and husband, Eugene, Ida Helton and husband, Jack, all of Patrick Springs, and Delois Wagoner and husband, Howard Wagoner, Jr. of Sanville; three brothers, James Gilley, Elwood Gilley and wife, Sue, all of Bassett, and Allen Gilley and wife, Deborah Hudson Gilley of Collinsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 14 at 11 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in County Line Church of God of Prophecy.
