Barbara W. Milligan of Foley Road and Larry W. Hale of Lackey Road in Patrick County wish to announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Betty and Richard Wright, who lived in Beverly, Oh. She graduated from Caldwell High School in Ohio. She worked for Stanley Furniture and for Pluma.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of the late Mary and William Hale, who lived in of Stuart. He attended Patrick County schools and worked for Asplundh and for Pilson Sawmill.
The wedding will be held April 23 at 1 p.m. at Fairystone Baptist Church.
