A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident on Peters Creek Drive, off Rt. 103, on March 1, according to a report from State Trooper Noah Knight.
Randy Collins of Stuart was operating a 1974 Harley Davidson when the accident occurred at 1:15 p.m.
Collins lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown off, Knight said. He was not wearing a helmet, Knight said.
Collins was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
CCDF Rescue Squad and Stuart Fire Department responded to the accident scene.
