Mrs. Alese Roberson Hill, age 94, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, in Johnson City, Tennessee. She was born May 5, 1927, in Stuart, Virginia, to the late Mae Vaughn Roberson and Greely Roberson. She was a long-time member of Stuart Baptist Church.

Alese was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. She was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed providing for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Carl Lee Hill Sr.; her brothers: C. B. Roberson, Bennie Roberson, Riley Roberson, and Elmer Roberson; and her sister, Betty Mae West. She is survived by her son Carl Lee Hill Jr. daughter-in-law Tina Hill, grandsons Nicholas Hill and Carl Lee Hill III; sister Jo Ann Wood; sister-in-law Betty Sue Barnard; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held with Pastor Thomas Walker. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart, Virginia, is overseeing the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Stuart Baptist Church (P O Box 472, Stuart VA 24171).  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
