Mrs. Loretta Faye Clark Pannell, age 65 of Critz, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Sovah Health of Martinsville.  She was born in Patrick County on May 12, 1956.  She was preceded in death by her father, George M. Clark; a grandson, Jeremiah Travon Harris; one brother, George Henry Clark; a nephew, Lynn Clark; and a special sister-in-law, Joyce Pannell.  Loretta had such a sweet spirit and always enjoyed making sure those that were around her were taken care of.  There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for anyone.  From word searches, soap operas, reading, she was there to help.  We will always cherish her memories as though she was still with us.

Surviving is her husband, James Pannell of the home; her daughter, Ashley Granderson of Stuart; her mother, Ida Tatum Clark of Critz; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Leonard and Earlene Clark of Critz, Melvin and Norra Clark of Richmond, TX, David Clark of Stuart; several nieces and nephews; other relatives, and a blessing of friends.

All services will be private.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
