The Lady Comets of Halifax defeated the Lady Cougar Tennis Team on Tuesday, April 9.
Halifax was 6-0 in the singles category with Kendall Foushee defeating Madison Wright 8-0, Rose Ruotolo-Sarnataro defeating Emily Wood 8-0, Ellie Hall defeating Caroline Vernon 8-0,
Maelyn Edwards defeating Kaylee Stanley 8-0, Blair Cole defeating Elleigh Large 8-0, and Nya Brandon defeating Joelle Holderman 8-0. Halifax also swept the doubles category 3-0. Rose Ruotolo-Sarnataro/Blair Cole defeated Madison Wright/Emily Wood 8-2, Maelyn Edwards/Sarah Lacks defeated Caroline Vernon/Elleigh Large 8-2, and
Amanda Duffer/Mean Lewis defeats Joelle Holderman/Kaylee Stanley 8-0.
