PHCC to offer line dance classes

Contemporary Line Dance classes with instructor Sue Ann Ehmann will begin soon at Patrick Henry Community College.
Beginner Line Dance will introduce the beginner dancer to basic line dance steps and incorporate those steps into fun, easy dances to a wide variety of music genres. Learn dances to favorite pop, country, oldies, show tunes, etc. Line dance is a proven stress reliever and an excellent way to fit exercise and fitness into your life. No partner is necessary.
Classes will be offered Thursdays, Feb. 18-March 17, March 24-April 21, and April 28-May 26. All three sessions will meet from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $25 for five weeks.
Line Dance Level II is designed for the dancer who has command of basic beginner steps and wants to learn dances that are a bit more challenging. Prior completion of Beginner Line Dance is required, or a student may enroll with instructor approval. Have fun dancing to a variety of music genres while improving strength, stamina, and overall health. No partner is necessary.
Classes will meet Thursdays, February 18-March 17, March 24-April 21, and April 28-May 26. All classes will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The cost is $25 for five weeks.
Classes held at PHCC, Stone Hall 103.
