BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: glazed donut; Tues.: chicken biscuit; Wed.: chocolate chip breakfast bar or breakfast pizza; Thurs.: pancake on a stick; Fri.: minni cinni or biscuit w/gravy.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: cheese sticks/sauce or chicken nachos/salsa, chicken flavored rice, seasoned corn, sweet glazed carrots, grades 9-12: sautéed spinach; Tues.: hot dog w/bun/chili/onions or BBQ w/bun, creamy coleslaw, baked beans, curly fries, 9-12: turnip greens; Wed.: hamburger w/bun or chicken and cheese quesadilla, lettuce/tomato/salsa, crispy french fries, spiced apples, 9-12: honey dilled carrots; Thurs.: beef taco/salsa/sour cream or chicken fajita wrap, lettuce/tomato, refried beans, steamed broccoli, grades 9-12: fiesta rice; Fri.:  pork chop/gravy w/roll or turkey w/bun, lettuce/tomato, sweet potato casserole, green peas, grades 9-12: yellow squash w/onions.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
