BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: mini cinnamon bagel or french toast sticks/syrup; Tues.: sausage biscuit; Wed.: breakfast bun or scrambled eggs w/toast; Thurs.: blueberry muffins or biscuit w/gravy; Fri.: grape crescent or breakfast pizza.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: fish sticks/cornbread or honey pork rib on hoagie, creamy coleslaw/onions/pickles, crispy waffle fries, pinto beans, grades 9-12: turnip greens; Tues.: 1 p.m. dismissal corn dog, seasoned corn, steamed broccoli, apple honey crisp, 9-12: fresh veggies w/dip; Wed.: steak and cheese hoagie or Chipotle ranch chicken wrap, lettuce/tomato, sautéed peppers/onions, quick baked potato, grades 9-12: sautéed cabbage; Thurs.: turkey/bun or toasted cheese sandwich, lettuce/tomato, baby carrots/dip, vegetable soup/crackers, grades 9-12: scalloped tomatoes; Fri.: popcorn chicken or glazed meaty meatloaf, yeast roll, seasoned green beans, mashed potatoes, grades 9-12: fruit juice.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
