Shirley Molinda Cochran Freeman, age 90, of Knoxville, Tenn., and formerly of Meadows of Dan, died Friday, July 1, 2016, at her daughter’s home.
She was a member of Inskip Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Lee Freeman; sisters, Sylvia Canada and Theral Jean Stanley; and brothers, Charlie and Melvin Cochran.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Bill Arnold of Powell, Tenn.; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael Freeman and Sue Ng of New York; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one brother, Arnold Cochran of Coral Gables, Fla.
The funeral service was held Sunday at Inskip Baptist Church with the Reverend Mike Segers officiating. A graveside service and burial were held Monday, July 4, at Meadows of Dan Baptist Church Cemetery in Meadows of Dan.
