The Pride of Patrick County finished their marching season with back-to-back Band of the Day honors at the Pulaski Cougar Classic, Saturday, November 2, with their performance of “Arachnophobia.” They competed against 13 other bands for the honor. They were named Band of the Day and the People’s Choice Band of the Day. They received a Superior Rating and placed 1st in Class 4A. Class honors are as follows: 1st place Auxiliary (Color Guard), 3rd Place Drum Major, 2nd Place Percussion, 1st Place General Effect, 1st Place Visual Effect (Marching), and 1st Place Music.
