Arrests reported

The Patrick County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

*William Edward Roberts, 43, of Martinsville, was charged March 24 with two counts of probation violation. Deputy A. Kinney was the arresting officer.

*Corey Keith Smith, 38, of Axton, was charged March 27 with one count each fail to appear and probation violation. Deputy D.A. Ullring was the arresting officer.

*David Clyde Fain, 50, of Stuart, was charged March 28 with community based probation violation. Sgt. L.K. Carroll, Jr., was the arresting officer.

*Janet Faye Cassady, 57, of Bassett, was charged March 29 with obtain money by false pretense. Deputy J.C. Fortner was the arresting officer.

*Michele Lynn Barr, 65, of Martinsville, was charged March 30 with fail to appear. Deputy R. Haynes made the arrest for Martinsville. 

*Brandon Rayne Hale, 23, of Bassett, was charged March 30 with probation violation. Martinsville PD made the arrest for Patrick County.

*Douglas T. Henry-Hebb, 22, of Patrick Springs, was charged March 30 with fail to appear. Deputy C.L. Adkins made the arrest for Franklin County.

*Tony Lee Epperson, 50, of Mt. Airy, NC, was charged March 31 with six counts larceny and two counts conspiracy. Lt. D.L. Foley was the arresting officer.
