<a href="http:\/\/www.mountainmedianews.com\/enterprise\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/obit-Terry.jpg" rel="attachment wp-att-5117"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-5117" src="http:\/\/www.mountainmedianews.com\/enterprise\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/obit-Terry-198x300.jpg" alt="obit-terry" width="198" height="300" \/><\/a>Eloise M. Terry, 90, of Dry Fork, and formerly of Meadows of Dan, died on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at her home.\r\nShe was born on July 15, 1926 in Statesville, N.C., to the late Lottie Cranfill and James Ruben Myers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Reuben Terry, a son; Keith Terry; and a sister; Margaret Wall. She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker for most of her life. Surviving are one daughter; Judy Carty and husband Stephen of Dry Fork, one son; Danny Terry and wife Brenda of Holly Springs, N.C.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service was held Tuesday at New Bell Spur Primitive Baptist Church with the Rev. Doug Barber officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
